Refund and Returns Policy

At Sparrow, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your custom furniture purchase. We understand that sometimes circumstances may necessitate a return or refund. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Since our furniture is custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for items that meet the following criteria:

  • The item was made according to the dimensions, materials, and finishes specified in your order.
  • The item does not have any defects or damages that were not present at the time of delivery.
  • The item was not ordered as a clearance or final sale item.

If you have purchased a non-custom item from us, please refer to our general Returns and Refunds Policy available on our website.

We take great care to ensure the quality of our custom-made furniture. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.

To facilitate the resolution process, we may require photographic evidence of the defect or damage, as well as the original packaging.

You may make changes to your custom furniture order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, changes may not be possible.

If you wish to cancel a custom order, you may do so within 48 hours of placing the order. A cancellation fee may apply to cover the cost of materials and labor already invested in your project. Please contact our customer service team for details.

Refunds for custom furniture will only be issued in the following circumstances:

  • You receive a defective or damaged item that cannot be repaired or replaced.
  • We are unable to fulfill your custom order due to unforeseen circumstances.

Once your eligibility for a refund is confirmed, we will process the refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Before returning any item, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from our customer service team. Items returned without an RA number may not be accepted.

 

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping for custom furniture items, except in cases of defects or damages.
