As an Architectural Draftsman, you will play a vital role in the design and construction process by preparing accurate and precise technical drawings and plans. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the successful execution of our architectural projects. Responsibilities: Create detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details, using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand project requirements and translate them into accurate technical drawings. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Review and revise drawings based on feedback from architects and project stakeholders. Coordinate and communicate effectively with the project team to meet deadlines and project objectives. Assist in the preparation of project documentation and specifications. Maintain a library of drawings and related project files for reference and future use. Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field. Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD or Revit. Strong knowledge of architectural drafting principles and practices. Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and construction techniques. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in preparing technical drawings. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of 3D modeling software and visualization tools is a plus.
